I use to take my animals there until today I got my dog back from my dad and she is stuck on medication, I called the vet telling them she is in my dad's name but she my dog now so I would like her put under my account and that I needed her meds refilled. The lady then told me no that dog is not longer allowed her I asked her why she said bc the previous owner got mad at her. So your telling me bc the previous owner and you got into it but she's my dog now you won't see her or give her her meds? Lady goes yup my boss said she no longer allowed here anymore!!! Not even legal! I will be taking my pets elsewhere from now on!

If I need refills on meds and can't get in during business hours, they will leave them in the front doorway that is enclosed so that I can pick them up after hours. One of my girls was just diagnosed with Kidney Disease and Dr Darby happily answered my list of questions after I'd done some research.
I have been pleased with the treatment of my 2 furbabies by Dfr Darby and his staff. The last time (Memorial Day week ) I had a very sick girl and called way after office hours left a message with the service and Dr, Darby called me back with in 10 minutes. I was impressed. Just wish they had more evening hours. The next day he was very thorough in examining her and running tests and films before contacting me .
I have been going to Seneca Falls vet for a few years now. I was going to All Creatures but after they refused to give my cat his medicine without bringing him in for a $200 test that wasn't needed I decided to try Dr. Darby. He is a great Dr! He always tells me what is going on, what my options are and whether or not he thinks a certain test is necessary. He tries to save me money whenever he can. When my cat was dying he even came to my house to help him pass so that he wasn't stressed out by a vet visit. When my other cat was sick and staying over the weekend, he was happy to let me come check on him on a Sunday. It ended up that he was not getting better and had to be euthanized but the staff had done everything they could for him. He didn't make me wait until Monday and helped Havoc pass that day.
Our black lab of 13 years passed away at home. Since we have been clients of this office for at least that time, we called and asked if they would take her until she was creamated. It was after closing however they would not send someone to open the office and accommodate our situation and a dog they've treated for her entire life. Indifferent attidude towards us and our lifelong pet. Their suggestion was to keep her somewhere until they opened and could take her. We called another office near Auburn and not only did they go out of their way to take her in but were very kind and understanding in the process. This is not the only bad experience with this office but this was the last one for us
